I have an existing wordpress site, and require someone to source, install and set up a wordpress plugin that will allow a user to create a gallery index page, which will link to individual image galleries. I've attached a JPG showing how it should look - it should also be responsive.

User should have the ability to select BG image (which will be darkened), Title and URL.

Hopefully this should be a very quick and easy job - I just don't have the knowledge on how to set it up.
