1> Payroll module will depent on leave. so connect with the payrole system.
Payroll (PF, PT, ESI, Income Tax and Gratuity management, flexi salary, formula based salary calculation, loan or advance management, salary dispatched by (cash, online transfer, cheque, pay slip, Tax challan) Reports).
In payroll module, system will check and generate the paysleep according to employee's payment [login to view URL] type of statutary plans like PF,PT,Income Taxx and Gratuity will be added as per employee [login to view URL] employee will take any loan from organisation that must be allowed in the sytem and must show in [login to view URL] can allow all types of payment mode like cash,chequey,DD,NEFT. Report will show monthly or half yearly or yearly or daily.
2> Leave (leave type and rule, online leave application, approval and rejection, short leave, notification on leave, auto deduction of salary on extra leave, late rule, various daily, monthly, yearly reports and analysis )
Modify leave management module where emplyee can apply for leave and HR can approve or disapprove it.
While disapprove, hr must provide comment about disapprove. Comment is visble to employee or not is decided by admin.
3>Release (Transfer or registration, Hr approval, Handover duty and assets, Exit/transfer interview, Full & Final).
System have function realated to releas of [login to view URL] system HR can Transfer or Registration of any employee adn applrove any employee and handover duties and responsibilitues and schedule interviews and create full and final of employee.
Appraisal (Dynamic appraisal form creator, rating system, self & multi appraisal, various record or employee performance )
