Hi, My name is Indika. Following describes the Experience / Project proposal I have for you. I have a proven web based online CRM solution which I have developed for Petroleum Oil Terminals with PHP front end and SQL server 2008R2 as back end. This is a portal based system which each Oil Marketing Company (OMC) has a single portal with many users for them to access with different system rights. Activities in the portal-Raising order,authorize, view status, view live stock and accessing reports. If you login to master portal you have the access to all customer portals. All customer portals and master portal have an advance user rights system which can allocate user's system rights to view, insert, update, authorize, print, cancel, search and reports separately and individually for single portal or multiple portals. System automatically logs all activities done by the user with date,time and user ID. Basically it is fool proof system that no one can play around. If you find this is interesting, kindly answer following questions. Do you have single portal or multiple portals as above. This looks like you are taking orders from customers and assign your employee to get the job done and they have to update the status of the order. NOTE: 1 suggestion for you regarding the database. instead of MySQL I use MS SQL Server 2008R2. with PHP. If you would like to have more details / screen captures I can share for you. Thank you.
