Web based multiple account access program

This website will allow a user to connect to multiple eBay accounts consecutively so they don't have to log out of an account to work with another one. Currently you can only log into one eBay account at once even across multiple browser windows. This is a pain for people that regularly use multiple eBay accounts for buying/selling. The software is to be a website and not a desktop application. This is how it works: The customer registers for an account online with my website. They set up a monthly subscription with a payment provider to be decided. The first 14 days are free of charge and they can cancel at any time during this period. There will be some upgrade options such as allowing more accounts to be used (maximum of five and removing adverts etc). The customer enters the details of up to five eBay accounts into the system. These can be either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] accounts. The details must be held securely. The main part of the system is a window that acts as a browser with up to five tabs (depending on how many eBay accounts they have entered into the system.) Please see attached image. Upon logging in to the system, Only the front tab will be logged into eBay. The other tabs will log in to eBay when the tab is selected for the first time. The reason that I don’t want all five eBay accounts to automatically login at the same time is that this would make it very easy for eBay to see who is logging in to eBay using this system. Each tab MUST be a different browser session each with their own cookies and User Agent Strings. I do not want eBay to be able to link the five accounts at all. I know that the ip address will be the same but this is not an issue as ip addresses are not unique. The eBay user accounts will log out when the user leaves the site. This must be done randomly and not at the same time. To summarise, This MUST be web based, each eBay account must have its own tab with its own user agent string and cookies.
