Write PHP to create gateway modules to shopping carts (WooCommerce, Shopify etc)

We need “gateway” code created in PHP for about a dozen online shopping carts like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc, as well as marketplace channels like Amazon, Walmart, [login to view URL], etc. Most of these carts/channels will require XML API interactions with the remote system, though some will support flat file exchanges.
Each shopping cart or channel will need some or all of the following five functions :
Get Orders
Send Ship Tracking for an order
Get Active Listing Report of currently listed items
Send Qty/Price Adjustments for items
Send Listing Report of new items
The basic steps for your gateway code operation will be:
Step 1: Our cESB system will place a CSV (Comma Separated Value) Request file in a folder for your GW code to read and trigger one of the five functions above.
Step 2: Your gateway code will interact with the Remote System (like Shopify) to fulfill the Request file (like Get Orders)
Step 3: Your gateway code will place its results (like new orders) in a CSV Result file in a folder.
Step 4: The cESB system will retrieve your Result file… Done
Your gateway code can write debug and progress information by appending text to a log file.
Note that your gateway code could be written in any language since it only reads and writes CSV files, but PHP is preferred. We have complete and clear specification documents that explain all of the CSV formats used in the files above, testing dataset files, and an easy way to validate your gateway code in our system.
We have diverse programming needs within our core software platform, so we are looking for a long term relationship. A way to start will be for you to create a couple of gateway modules as described above.
