Add additional fields to database and admin to support specific flow.

Overview This is ready website written by using PHP and laravel , database MySql. 2. The flow: User sign up and enter to the Dashboard > user by MDZA token by paypal The dashboard as following: We manual open MDZA wallet and transfer to that wallet purchased amount. We send to user e-mail , with the wallet address , key and backup file. 3.
