add functionality to woocommerce payment plugin

Hi, Pls read carefully before request :) I have a woocommerce payment plugin , who works fine, for my university studies, Now, I am asked to modify it so will let the users pay the order in multiple portions My budget is 30$ meaning, on checkout 1- split the order into multiple orders defined by the admin (split by percentages, or by fixed amounts), 2- the split is based on amount of order not items, for example , if the order is of 100$, and the admin chosed to split by 4, then the user will pay 25$ 4 times, 3- then the user will use my plugin to pay those orders , one by one pls, only one who did worked with woocommerce, and know how to do this scenario , send his interests kindest regards
