Android Easter date display and greeting app -- 2

Development of an Android device application that will act as a simple "calendar spin wheel" that allows the user to select a year by spinning the "year wheel" and the application selects the month and date of the year to display from the list of Easter dates that will be provided to the developer by myself and will be included as a text file within the application''s package. Additionally the application will have a second tab, that when clicked by the user will display the contents of an HTML page that will be called by the application in real time or cached by the application in advance. Finally, the application will be available in multiple languages and allow the user to select which one to use. The interface items (words, phrases) will be provided by myself and maybe be placed in java resource files.
