M1:
Any Main Case View (open, close, etc.)
- When Encounters column is clicked, the CAP details appear. Please add a column for “Client Name” and an icon for “View CAP”. This will allow the specific CAP to open in a sub window and be viewable.
Add New Case
- DFCS Case Manager & Supervisor should only populate names associated with the specific county (check names and county assignment)
Add New Case < Person Referred for Services
- Change Name field to “First Name” and “Last Name”
- Check toggling of services and hours; if you click the selection and activate the service (green) and enter details, it says service activated. If you go back and retoggle the button, the service disappears.
Client Activity Progress < Pending
- The visit type category is not showing.
- Design layout needs to change and look more like a cleaner form
- Client Name should be added to the form
Add Encounter:
- Date picker and time widgets do not work
- Mileage part should change field name from “Address” to “Address, City, State” (we are putting all on 1 line b/c this information goes is used in 2 places - Excel mileage form & Google Maps for mileage validation)
- Manage CAP Mileage should show “Total Miles” for each line and also “Total Miles” for each encounter
- If Type of Contact is “Telephone”, no mileage form should appear.
- All existing links and functions associated with Adding CAPs, Adding New Cases, and Main Interface Design should be accomplished with this phase.
Upon successful completion of this phase, programmer will be awarded the last phase of the project.
