automate csv, and make a CRM system for salesteam. (geographic map, notes, meeting, status)

when i start with new sales project for my clients, they send me lists of potential customers we need to visit them at home and give them some instructions. I would like to have an app that automatically integrates my lists so i can view them in an app from a map point of view. When im at the customers home, we select the dot on the map and feed some information to the sales personnel and the customer. Every customer has some pre-defined equipment we need to upgrade or renew. As well, needs to be scaleable. I have a prototype running today through appsheet, and its working great. But needs to be scalable, and i need some kind of user definition about what the different users can access in the app. Im about to scale up my app, and need some new features. - photo/scanning of documents connected to the "dot"/address.. - integration towards calendar and sales personnel. Connected to the address. To schedule future meetings and cooperation. - automaticly send copy of contract to clients e-mail and sms. - my personel needs to se where we are at the map. Some feature to share position of eachother. - addresses changes status, closed, sale, notathome etc. Need to have different colors on the map. - need comment field on each address. So we can see a log of comments for the specific address. - and a page with statistics of the current results. sales/total, no/total, hitrate etc. needs to be accessible from both mobile devices and browser.
