Will need the Responsive design, prefered PHP Programming using MySQL via either mysqlI or PDO I have a lot of documents created wit screens to show most of the front end workflow. I have all of my categories & location predefined. I also have a copy of the PHP-Classified codes that I can share, it needs updates but might provide some ideas.
