Build a complete system for coupons

I need to develop a complete system about coupons (like slickdeals), with free coupons and premium coupons, I need the website (wordpress or yii2 php) SEO optimized, with REST webservices for the app, I need the app made in react native with code for ios and android. About the web: I need show random coupons (based in the location of the final user) in the front page based of sections like hot products, featured etc, and a search bar, the coupons must to show the name of the business the percentage of discount, the address, and the valid date ranges for change the coupon. (If we work together i sent you the mock-ups and the basic images for the system). I need to show a special section for premium coupons (with paypal integration for express checkout), this users must to login with google+, facebook, and twitter. I need an admin page, with statistics for business registered, we need to register a new business and the coupons for this business, i need to enable and disable the coupons, create new coupons with date range valid coupon, percentage, business image, and optional images. About the app: React Native for make the app for ios and android, login with social networks ,the app must to show the coupons, and make notifications when I'm near to a place with a valid coupon. when i search in the app, 1st must to show me the nearest place with a valid coupon, and if i select the coupon must to generate a google maps link to find the place. And i need to share any coupon to the social entworks even whatsapp, facebook, twitter etc. I need to show the premium section in the app to, and accept the payments for the service. When I selected a coupon and I'm in the place for change the coupon, for acceptation the cashier of the business must to insert a special code like "XHY45" and a button ACCEPT THE COUPON, and the coupon must to hide for this user is only for one use, and report into the system like change by the user.
