PROJECT 1 Make a web portal/ software which can be access from managers and staff to add details 1- Customer number, email and details of queries for example flight, holiday or other service Above details should show the date it was added and which user has added up also every user can see this 2- Invoice system which we can forward to client through email or if its difficult than there should be option to download which can be send via email portals like outlook 3- Staff sales separately by users also they shouldn’t be able to see each other sales but admin has the full access and they can see all previous sales by staff (sold price and cost price, date of selling, amount paid or pending etc) 4- Query system where staff can add up quotes of hotel or flight with itnery details which was quoted to client and if possible this section should be seen all staff so they know if colleague has already quoted the customer Option of name, number, email, details etc if there is repeated customer can we add up after his old query PROJECT 2 Make a web portal/ software which can be access by admin and few other users 1- There will be few property projects which we can put on portal with purchase price also it should have an option to add daily other costs like labour, floor, material and paint etc so admin can add/change all the details but users can only view and cant amend it 2- There should be separate option to upload the property pictures and update on weekly bases and users should be able to see the progress also if they can get alert via email 3- There should also be option to upload the invoices and bill by taking the picture and uploading on portal 4- There should be an option with name of task/project where we can put details and total cost of the work and when we pay to contractor we can update and it show us remaining amount.
