This Project is about Peer to Peer bitcoin trade

There are initially only 10 countries to be able to use the site, Viet Nam
Nigeria, Malaysia ,India ,Japan ,China ,Pakistan ,Tanzania ,Singapore ,Mexico.
Only user from Nigeria would be provided with NGN wallet and only Nigeria user can be able to buy or sell bitcoin to admin through their NGN wallet . the wallet will be credited manually after the user transfer fund to admin account. Buying bitcoin from their wallet should be automated credit their bitcoin wallet from admin wallet after 3 confirmation
Nigeria user should be able to withdrew fund from their wallet to their bank account. This will be approve and done by admin manually
FROM Nigeria user make it possible for them to transfer fund from their NGN wallet to other user NGN wallet like perfect money which they can then now use it to buy bitcoin direct from admin (Pin required)
Before user can be able to add fund to their NGN wallet account they have to verify their identity by uploading their identification, you may suggest any third party that can do instant verification and any verification that fail instant should be review by admin.
The create trade can be done exactly like remitano and also on public chat room after user has been login to the account, but the chatroom should be visible to non-user too at homepage
The chat room must show all user in the room and the user name can be click to review full user profile.
From the chat room any member can create a request to buy or sell bitcoin and any member in the char room can click the link generated from the cart room for private chat with seller or buyer (Private Messages (Encryption GPG) like the one in freelance
There should be an Escrow functionality.
The site should get an adjustable percentage of the finished deals and the percentage would be credit direct to Admin wallet .
There should be an admin panel for maintenance, resolving disputes and support.
There should be a bitcoin wallet generate for all user, I suggested we use blockchain Api to handle all user wallet, User alone can have access to their bitcoin balance but let the admin able to release after the dispute judgement .
All User can be able to deposit to their bitcoin address and also be able to withdraw from their bitcoin address wit or without 2 factor authentication or pin selected
The public chat forum part can be a ready-made forum script and not necessary required to be coded.

Support: Access to read and reply to support tickets. Resolving disputes, only access to funds placed in escrow.
User: Access to own account only
There should be a captcha on the site. And a user should be UNIX-like blocked from access after 5 failed login tries for 20 min.
