User account - Profile (name, email, pass, birthday, gender)
- Meals (active – goes to another slide only with meals)
- Weight progress (can upload weight daily)
- Calendar (current month days, active the ones when user have update weight)
- User Body (BMI, Basal metabolic rate, body fat (%), calculated with info from above quiz)
- Settings (can change goal, activity level, notification and subscription)
Admin Panel
can view and edit users details (name, age, weight, status ….)
can upload recipe and set macro-nutrients value (calories, carbs, protein, fat)
can send newsletters (manual and cronjob)
can set for users time for free account and value for payed accounts
can view payment history.
Requirements
user have to answer some questions about his/hers life stile. According to the answers and based on basal metabolic rate, body mass index, body fat (will provide formula) will receive meal plan daily (newsletters and can check them in his profile as well). Can view them in his/hers user account, along with goal, activity level, age, height, weight
recipes can be shared on social media by the users (fb, insta,...)
integrated payment system, predefined packages (free, 1,6, 12 months), recurring.
metric only, language file (to be able to translate and change language easy)
I will provide graphic design for mobile version, you will have to adapt it for desktop.
