Build a script which reads MP3 stream Metadata

Hello, I'm looking for somebody who can rip some metadata from an MP3 audio stream I had an API which did this all for me but it got shutdown.. anyway these are the information I need. Song Name Song Artist Song time / UNIX time stamp ("Y-m-d H:i") Steam link [login to view URL] I need it to export as JSON with the following arrays song_timings,song_artist,song_title It has to output the JSON as either print or echo or whichever; as I have anther script which will be parsing the data and adding it to a database
