Hi, I have done scraping work in the past using Python/Django as backend and using both BeautifulSoup and Scrapy - esp for some ecommerce sites. I used to scrape Amazon as well and fetch its products details - name, price, image and description using the APIs. In your case scraper needs to search a term from a defined website, it is not much different from my previous work http://iwishapp.com. I can share the code if you wish to enable to decide on the right bidder. There are many many scraping platforms and most of them are geared to avoid having to setup your own scraping infrastructure and only specify what needs to be scraped via their tools provided in web based platform. In the end once they scrape data, you need to store it somewhere say in a relational DB or non relationalDB and do whatever you wish to do. The problem they save is to avoid running scraping infra of your own. But what pages to scrape and what to scrape, one still needs to specify. Since interaction with you will itself take some time and then testing so there is no point in saying that I can do this job in a day. I know quality comes with time and it has some price too. I assure you that you wont be disappointed. I am new to freelancer but very active on up work dot com where I have delivered projects on time to clients complete satisfaction.
