I, the person behind this project, am a Process Quality Consultant, holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, coupled with 15 years of exposure to multiple industries and corporates. I also possess limited, but very clear understanding of the software development life-cycle.
This is going to be a cloud based application (no desktop app). It will essentially record the productivity of every single employee of an organization. This main module may be called its Performance measurement module. Besides, it will also have some other support modules like, Punctuality, Behaviour, Skills; Innovation, Asset Tracker; Restrictions; Work-Shift; Product, Service and other masters.
The product will also follow some of the core Lean Six Sigma business-process principles, and as a result, will take control of every process or department that makes use of it.
The attached screenshot shows roughly how an organization would feel once this app has been deployed (before and after comparison).
