Chat Development and ChatBot development

I need a MVP for a mobile app which is fully conversational based and the conversations are done with chatbot. The mobile app must work properly as well integration to chatbot platform and backend server. Requirements: - Smooth UX in mobile chat like in Meetfrank app - The content of the chatbot is like in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - The data that is gathered from users and stored in backend must be able to be exported to excel or similar format for external analysis - User authentication (company employees identified and verified with company email) - Mobile app works quite similar like Meetfrank, so there is onboarding chat and then after that it goes to normal mode. - In normal mode, there is 2 areas: Chat and messages; Chat handles the chat surveys and messages are the recommendation messages from backend server - Chatbot design - Backend only for storing the data at this point, no visualizations etc for the MVP - Backend in cloud - Mobile app published for iPhone (Option) - Notifications for the app to start the discussion (scheduling per employee or per company, selected chat defined by the backend) - Conversations are stored by company and by employee in text and/or transformed in number format in some cases to enable numeric analysis Payment terms are based on progress (Last payment after final delivery 40%). Bug fix guarantee. Design of the app done by other supplier so not in the scope
