chess coach with automated feedback/coaches feedback

Hi, I would like help adding features to an existing chess website. The website currently allows users to submit chess games to a pool of coaches. The coaches can give feedback on the game and send this feedback to the user. The following features need to be developed or improved. 1. Make the format compatible across desktop and mobile for all browsers and OS. Currently it has been developed on iOS. 2. Allow the user to upload/download games in pgn format with all the new comments. Currently they can only play through the entire game and then submit to coach. 3. Add a button to generate the automated feedback based on the predetermined rules. 4. Add a chess engine (such as stockfish) so that the rules can be formulated based on the engine evaluation. An example of a rule is: if the engine evaluation drops by 1.0, then add notes to the user by giving the top computer suggestions if the computer moves are have a better evaluation than the move in the game. A simpler rule is if a piece is moved more than 3 times before move 10, then add a comment that they moved this piece too many times in the opening. 5. Do not allow coaches to delete the moves when they comment. The coaches should only be able to submit the notes after they review the entire game. Currently they can submit without reviewing the entire game.
