Classified Website like OLX

As per our understanding we are listing the basic flow of the project : - User Register/Log in - Will be able upload the products that he wants to sell - Can search for products using categories / keywords and view listing - Can view details of selected products - Will be able to notify the seller that you are interested in purchase - Can contact the seller using the website - Can buy products over website by integrated payment gateway - Payment gateway will be paypal and stripe - Website will be in English, Russian and Turkish language. We have just few queries: 1. Do you need static translation or dynamic translation of language? For further details please find attached document. 2. Will users be able to message each other? 3.
