I have been let down by a freelancer who was unable to complete this same project that was posted in December - so please only respond if you have the technical capability to do this job properly and promptly. I require a picture of a world map (NOT GOOGLE MAPS) and pictures of a europe map imposed in the world map, and a further picture of a malta map to be coded with avatars placed on them that when clicked link to short youtube bios. This map is to be be placed in its component in our website [login to view URL] and should also allow for avatars to be placed on the map at a later date when new bios are to be added. The avatars could be something related to fitness eg
