Corrigir a instalação do construtor RVSITEBUILDER em um servidor

Possuo uma licença do Rvsitebuilder instalada em um servidor meu , com acesso SSH e WHM , porém o construtor não está funcionando para os clientes pelo cpanel está com o seguinte erro:
