You must develop a wallet microservice like localbitcoins have. This microservice must be a restful api with the following endpoints: 1. Create wallet. We must be able to create an unlimited number of wallets. Transfers between local wallets must be free of fees and instantly transfered as localbitcoins. 2. Retrieve wallet balance. 3. Send bitcoins to a local wallet (no fees and instantly). 4. Send bitcoins to an external wallet (fess may be applied). 5. Retrieve the status of a transfer: How many confirmations it have and any other info referred to the transaction. Points 3 and 4 can be just one endpoint if it is possible. The wallets created by this app must be able to receive bitcoins from external wallets. I just need the wallet app (restful api). We will use it on our web app that is being developed. You must send the installation documetation and the source code of the microservice. I will install it on a VPS so our web app can consume the web services (endpoints) you develop. Please let me know which programing language o stack you will be using on this project.
