Create Download & Share Feature Via WordPress

We can pay up to $30 for this simple project 1. When a person enters their Affiliate ID and Email address in a form (Already created in our WordPress members area) they will click a link to rebrand PDF reports with their Affiliate ID (This feature has also already been built into our members area using a plugin). There are 140 PDF reports members can choose to promote. 2. After entering their details (As described in point 1) and clicking a link called "Rebrand It" we want a section to appear (On the same page) showing a download link + a link to a Viral Share page. These 2 links must be on another domain (Not members area domain). We already have a new domain we want to use for the download pages and viral share pages. Each page will be unique to each member with their Affiliate ID embedded. We will use a plugin called "Social Locker" for people to share members PDF reports. An email with PDF download must also be sent to the email address that member inserted in point 1. 3. We already have feature in Point 1 developed in our members area. We need a WordPress Developer to create feature as described in Point 2. We will give you details to login to another members area, so that you can see how Point 2 feature works. Also please look at the attached/Uploaded PDF doc to see scope of work with screenshots. We can pay $30 to create this feature. Please leave PM if interested.
