Need a feedback app for Android Tablet. See attached image for a detailed layout. 1. A guest clicks one of the smiley faces. 2. Second page appears with questions based on the rating from 1-4 they click. 3. Second page they are able to give more detail. 4. The feedback is stored locally in the device and a copy is sent to a specific mail address. Settings 1. All questions, icons and symbols must be able to be changed from the settings section. 2. E-mail where the rapport will go can be changed. Additional 1. Second language option. I know you read this if you greet me with with hello "[login to view URL]" in the initial message.
