Hi, I need a web based system for staff roster. Hosting on our web host. Linux webhost, php with MySql. The requirements are below: 1) Staff Database - With Name, Photograph, ID Number, Gender, Contact No 2) There are 9 different locations for work 3) Each staff will have different working shifts and location for every work day. (Eg: Staff A - 1st Jan 0800-1300 Location A, 2nd Jan 1400-2000 Location B, 3rd Jan 1200-1800 Location C, etc). 4) We should be able to update each staff on either a Weekly or Monthly Schedule, with a table for us to fill in their working dates, working shift hours, and location. 5) Live View Page - Will require a Live View page where it will display all the 9 locations, and which staff are working during that time (Staff First Name, Photo, Contact No & Shift Period). The Live View Page will be shown Full Screen using Google Chrome on our TV Monitor. It should auto refresh every few minutes to change the schedule. Sample Live View Page for reference attached. The page should auto shrink/fit according to the screen/browser size so that we can see everyone in 1 screen. Most location will only have a max of 2 staff, only a few location might have 4-5 staff at one given time. The TV for the Live View will be turned on 24/7. So the Web Page will need to auto refresh by itself to update the schedule according. Do PM if you need more information. Please provide exact quote and lead time required. Milestones will only be released upon successful completion and handover of the web system onto our webhost. DO not bid if you are not agreeable to this.
