Creation of web of educational association in Spain

Hello,
A client of mine, wants to make a website of an association of studies of Spain.
It is a simple web, with a wordpress CMS management or similar may suffice, the client wants to add some basic news and static panels with information.
-The language of the web is Spanish (I provide language)
-The web has to have control panel.
-If you have educational references it can be of great help.
The client wants to add some options to pay online, in the form of paypal or Dataphone through a Spanish bank, so we will have to add an SSL security on the web.
I am very interested in people who can speak Spanish.
