We need software for accounting for several projects that need to be collected separately. The following functions should have the Onlinesoftware:
- Accounting receipts / expenses separately for different projects
- Import of CSV and Excel files
- Assignment of documents and import / export of these documents (via iOS app, PDF Import ect.)
- Chart evaluations
- Encryption
- Access also via iOS app with editing functions or via responsive Website.
- manual input
- Wordpress user import and order, payment ect. import
- Possibilities of partial payments with payment objectives and reminder of remittances via push and e-mail
- Bilingual (German and Czech) with possibility to expand
- Two currencies (Euro and Kč) with possibility to enlarge
- Dropbox / Synology automatic backup function
in moment we rent to holiday houses in czech republic and i get in next two weeks two online shops in czech republic. All websites and shops are in wordpress. I need software to make my bookkeeping for each holiday house separate and for each online shop separate. This all in one software. Of course markgerngross
flexible to set in future more possibilities. I have a german bank account and three czech bank accounts. To make the work for bookkeeping easier it should be with import and export possibility for csv and excel sheets. Also to make charts for each online shop or holiday houses. The documents for bookkeeping are in pdf and should be there Managed to every booking. Also i need to make this with iPhone/ipad with app. For our holiday houses should be also the option to manage part payments with remember the date for rest payment. Also should be there a interface to import and export from wordpress the invoices and customer details to manage the payments. Backup should works automatically to sinology nas or dropbox or both. And we need it in two languages german and czech also with two currencies Euro and czech currency.
