Customization: Magento Site

We have a magento store ([login to view URL] ). We have already made some customization. Now we would like to make some custom changes over it. 1)- When a ''vendor'' logs in on IE, a 'Front End Page' appears on which each website from the list of ''opened websites'' from ''View Record'' shows one-by-one. NOW, you will show all websites in the list instead of only ''opened websites''. (''view record' option is available on Vendor's profile when logged in as 'Admin'. ) 2)- On Front End page, each ''opened website'' show ''one-by-one''. NOW, you will show each website from the list of ''view record'' 'Two Times', with the Interval of ''one hour''. 3)- Each website from the list of 'View Record' gets ''expired'' after 3 hours which means that Expired website will Not show on Front end page. NOW, you will remove this function from here, and will make another logic which will Expire a website from the list of 'View Record' which has been shown ''Two times'' on the front end page. 4)- You will make a logic which will bind a vendor to Close the browser before adding New Product. 5)- Sometimes content of home page doesn't load which needs to be fixed.
