Develop 2 website applications

Please read the brief carefully before applying for the project. I need to develop 2 applications that will run on my website. The applications are related to stock market. The program will run on my website after a user logs in. 1) Application 1: This will read data from file and show it in a grid. Features: • It has 3 tabs where data is read from text/csv file and showed to user • It auto refreshes data every 5 min on weekdays (between 9 am – 3:30 pm) • Favourites section shows selected stocks to users • It has 3 segments (Stock Futures, Index and Equities) • It has 2 static tabs where static content will be shown (Performance Report & Help) • Message center tab will read message from database and show. User can also use this to send a message. - Pending • Instant alert feature is need so that we can send alerts (info) to all or specific person - Pending • Duplicate login detection required. If there is duplicate login then current session will logout and next login will require OTP. - pending • Menu items such as subscription info, contact us, setting and logout needs to be done but are easy IMPORTANT: 80% of work has already been done. You will be given php code and html files for this. You just have to do 20% of things and fix one or two things. 2) Application 2: It is similar to application 1 but layout will be different and it has one or two more tabs. The image will be given to you (layout) but rest of the work has to be done by you. A lot of features are very similar / common to Application 1 such as instant alert, message center, help and performance report tab. It will also require reading files and showing content to user. Auto refresh will be done but time interval will be different. No php code or html is available for this one. • Layout will be given to you in png or similar image format • It will be 5 tabs where data from files will be read • Apart from that other tabs will be tabs such as Favourites, Message Center, Performance and Help • Auto refresh will be present but interval will be higher (30 min) • Lot of features will be common such as search in grid, instant alert, settings, duplicate login, search company etc. Application 1 is called day pro and 2 is called trade v. Images attached. Both will have a demo and paid mode. I want this project to be completed in 3 weeks. Please apply only if you can do ON TIME and are very good with website application development.
