Drag & Drop Custom PHP and java web page

Looking for experienced & Expert PHP Developer with good knowledge on Java & Jquery to develop a Drag & drop assigning system. (similar to wordpress menu assignment via drag and drop tabs). Where query based result will appear in tabs and once dragged to desired place those ids to be linked in database. All shall be in one page. when search with similar values those linked value shall display in dragable tabs again. task to be done in detail are as follows 1) Get the list of employee from database. 2) drag and drop that searched employee along with id, name and value. 3) After Dragging and dropping from position it should not display in list even after searching again. 4) Give facility to cancel dropped employee from dropped area. 5) After dropping that employee should again display in the list. 6) Available Number of employee can be dropped in Category (Dropped Area). 7) After arranging employee to multiple label of sector, Sub-Sector and Points based on category after hitting on Submit Button , Employee should be map with Rank category table in database and change the status of employee in employee table
