A software for PC must be able to send drafted emails to multiple email address from a list. it will be able to automatically send emails ether monthly / weekly or daily by using Microsoft outlook 2016.

must be able to track emails address when they were last sent and able to notify the user when a reply come in from one of the list that they will do a total count. preferably for windows only.

please make the user interface idiot proof thanks.
