Email Webform Automation Script/Bot

Basically I need a script/bot which…
#1. Visits a website link (which has an email webform on it: e.g. [url removed, login to view] ) from csv/text file
#2. Copies an email address into the webform from a csv/text
#3. Presses the subscribe button
(repeat)
NOTE: This is for my websites only. These forms will be hosted on my websites. We can edit the HTML code if needed to make this work.
FEATURES:
- MOST IMPORTANT: The script has to be FAST!
- I need the ability to select the csv with email addresses
- Have another csv/text file where I can paste in all the website pages with the webforms.
- Have the ability to run multiple instances of the script to different pages AT THE SAME TIME (to speed up the process)
