Energy Savings Calculator WordPress plugin

I'm looking for a developer who can convert a spreadsheet based multi step calculator, into a WordPress plugin that I can embed on a clients website. The excel document is designed so that a business employee enters various energy use information for their business, and it then calculates the total energy savings that can be made through making changes to certain variables, for example labour costs and devices used. There are 4 different forms that calculate savings based on certain topics. And then a final screen which totals all the savings to give an overall saving over time. Firstly I would like the users information to be captured, then I would like the multi step energy saving form creating. Once the user has entered all the information required they will be taken to the total saving screen which will display the amount of savings that can be made by using this company. I would like this information to be stored inside a database on the website, which can be easily accessed and the information exported.
