This project broadly focus on 2 main requirements: 1. Given the technical specs attached here , to code an existing site which is in joomla and mysql codes to include write the db fields as required and incorporate the business logic while updating those fields and capture and update the correct data into existing database fields as required in the specs, as according to what the site can do such as the buying of services etc. 2. Ensure all pages are mobile responsive such that field displays dont overlap on mobile devices. 3. Attached are the specs and upon your study of the specs please then quote your prices (and not before). 4. Develop on your own server. 5. Payment based on milestones.
