Extend and develop already done Scrapy project

Hi, I have a Scrapy project already done by an other freelancer that turned out good but has some flaws. The scrapy project from ([login to view URL]) scrapes a category of a classified ads site and pushes the newly added objects out in an e-mail. The project is hosted on a cloud server on digital ocean What I need to add: + Stability (it doesn't always push the e-mail when script is restarted) + Ability to add proxies to a list that the server uses and switches between them between every query What I would like to add in the future if possible : + Run multiple spiders in an easy way + Add a simple UI on top of the script I would also like to hear what you recommend to add for usability/stability
