Extract data from another website and build a powerfull wordpress search filter by dropdown

Job is to integrate search filter from a website (including scraping data) to a wordpress e-commerce. Filter will search proper wheel by the car year, make, model and submodel.
Search results will then be filtered another time by the desired wheel diameter. All functions are the same than on the main website.
Place the filter with dropdown menus on my wordpress webside homepage and another place with different layout on another page.
All the products are already on my website, you’ll only need to scrape year, make, model, submodel with SKU data associated with them and then create a plugin that will search by part number the right part.
After, for all product in category add a checkbox near add to cart for a product named Installation kit.
Simply, there is two dropdown menu layout to create, extract data from an existing website to create a search database that will work by SKU and after create another database to filter search result by diameter. For the end, add a checkbox near the add to cart button of a particular category to add installation kit.
