Fetch and display blog posts outside of wordpress.com

I need some help with html source. I have got a wordpress account as I have signed up on wordpress.com. I would like add the html source to my html page so I can fetch my blog posts from [login to view URL] to display my blog posts on my webpage. I cannot be able to create custom design on [login to view URL], because I have to pay for it and I don't want to install wordpress on my server due to DDOS attack, so I find it safe to store my blog posts on another server. And it is easy for me to upload my html page on my server so I could fetch my blog posts from another server. I have got no idea how I can fetch my blog posts from [login to view URL] to display them on my webpage. Is it possible to do that via html source? If is possible, I need you to help me with this.
