I currently use the FMStarting point solution and have customized it to my business model to a certain extent. I need to take it a step further and customize the latest platform they have available.
I run a repair shop so we check customers in and create a work order. On this work order we have the basic information about the customer and repair etc. I need to be able to track inventory in the app as well now. SO i would like to create an inventory system based upon the repair. so that it reduces the inventory we have etc. And when we need to order parts I want it to send an email out to the parts division to ensure parts are ordered and when repairs are done I want the system to automatically send an email to the customer and text informing them of the completion of their repair as well as a follow up email/text asking about their experience.
