Fix broken WP site (To many redirects)

Job Description:
I am in need of someone to help fix an issue we have been having with our WordPress website. We have been experiencing too many redirects for a while now but only on the frontpage and the wp-admin pages, so we cannot enter the site, and have not been able to resolve the issue ourselves. We have access to the backend of the website. We are now looking for an experienced freelance web developer to help us to fix this recurring problem quickly and effortlessly. We would like someone with a good understanding of WordPress and previous experience in resolving similar issues. Your guidance and expertise in this area is most welcome.
Bonus info: The site is in the adult industry. I have tried to clear cache of CloudFlare, renamed the plugins directory, and deleted the .htaccess file. But it still gives does a 301 redirect loop.
