I have some techniques I can apply to lower the CPU usage, some are about hardware upgrade, others are about software modifications. I prefer the software modification for by and large is the best solution. The hardware solution is very simple, sometimes are the only one alternative, but in the software modification solution we have tons of options, some like change data structure, some change data store and retrieve plugin, some are just review the SQL script, but either way I must have an start up meeting to understand the problem, sometimes I have to plugin some software to analyse the environment and just them i can came up with a plan to correct the issue.
