Fixing Magento

We run Magento store with Marketplace extension, we need Magento expert to help us fixing the issues to run the store smoothly

Simply,

First, Whether the customer submit an order or vendors upload products they can not see the email template that I had created from (Magento transactional emails) they receive default magento email template, despite of I have configure them from Marketplace configuration.

Second, I have tried to re create new templates from transaction emails ( system) but there is a problem at some emails. For instance; New order I cannot review.

Second, some of my vendors could not upload products or edit, as well as the customer who want to buy fined an error when he place an order or register a new account. However; we can see the orders and new accounts in the backend.

Third, we can put a customer to newsletter because we find the same error.

Additionally, regarding the issue with the subscribe functionality for the vendors in the Marketplace extension, we're seeing a segmentation fault in that area as well, but it may be a separate root cause to that. Outside of that, however, this looks to be isolated to the codebase rather than the environment being the direct cause.

So far we've made the following changes on our end to ensure that the environment isn't causing any issues regarding this:

- We've disabled APC OpCode cache to ensure a fresh parsing of the PHP files on each request.

- We've cleared the cache for the installation(s).

- We've ensured that Magento is running on the suggested minimum requirement of PHP v5.4.

These were all done in addition to the top portion of this message, regarding the further debugging of the issue with the template, which looks to be directly causing the segmentation fault in question due to the values being entered into the form.

So, what we need is to fix these errors with a report what was causing the problem.
