From Table level to Database Level Normalization : Laravel + MySQL -- 2

I have 100% working project. At table level normalization is already implemented. As soon as new registrations are coming, new table gets formed for users. ( Only necessary operation tables and not all ) As table in MySQL should not go beyond 1000 & hence looking for now next level normalization . i.e. as soon as new client comes, on registration currently new tables are getting created. Instead now looking to implement : new Database should be formed with same tables i.e. operation table + masters table in respected in database. Deliverable : 1. Start with DB migrations 2. Approx 8 core tables + 4-5 master tables = approx 15 tables (considering all CRUD n other APIs, approx total 75 to 80 APIs) 3. One-signal push notification is also there to hit at some point. (you can refer existing APIs to take help. I'll share the code) 4. Need to write 1 Script at the end to convert data from existing DB structure to new structure 5. To make it Live on Testing Server for UAT 6. To make it Live on Production Server after UAT success. Note : 1. All the logic & other necessary things I'll provide. 2. I've made 1 template which will help to kick start the project 3. Not looking to change in existing project. Considering this as separate project only so you have to start from scratch. I'll guide for all tables. Only Full Time Laravel REST API Experience person who has done such Database Level normalization work should Apply for this work. I'll require POC from your side before we start the work. Timeline : Max 1 week.
