Full stack PHP (Laravel and Wordpress) / Vue developer needed for client projects

Please state in your first message that you are willing to submit a project so that we can review it and understand your skills. -------- I am a programmer with 14 years experience and I would like someone to help me in taking some client projects. I need a full stack developer who has experience in building applications in Laravel and Vue.js. Naturally, CSS/SCSS, SQL, and HTML experience is a must. Wordpress programming experience is also a must. You must also be able to look at a design idea (such as one on [login to view URL]) and be able to replicate it and use it for ideas. You must be able to write object oriented code which follows a clear MVC pattern. I expect details such as type hinting functions, having code which is commented and easy to read, as well as code which is clearly organised. You must be able to work without need for 'hand holding'. If I need to explain to you every little thing, help you with tasks which someone with years experience should clearly be able to do, and constantly have to follow you to make sure you are completing tasks - then it will waste so much of my time that I might as well have done it myself. I am not looking for someone who is learning on the job. If I see within the first hours of working with you that I cannot rely to give you a task and know it will be correctly done, then I will end the collaboration. You will have different projects to work on, but each project will be at least 50 hours in time. There are times when I will be working together with you on the same project. You must clearly log time as well as how long a certain task took. Every 1 hour I expect an explanation on what has been done (3-4 sentences). I also expect your code to be submitted to Git often so that I can review your code. You can work on your local machine but for me to review the work, you must upload your code to a development server. ------ Please look at this code example and explain to me as best as you can what it does.
