I am after a quote on some work I web design work I need done. The website needs to be created from scratch. I have a domain name and hosting company in mind but I am open to other suggestions. The site will have a login for two types of users. One user will be a free user and the other two will be a paying user (advertiser). It will be a subscription based site for the person advertising. I'm not sure which type of SSL certificate I will need for credit card payments online using a payment gateway to be used in Taiwan (ie: pay2go or something similiar that supports common CMSes. The site will need to be minimalist, professional and user friendly. The design will need to be responsive depending on the resolution of the device being used to view it. The site will also need to be bilingual (English/ basic Traditional Chinese). For the free user I would like to incorporate an editable calendar maybe linked to google calendar some how. The paying user would need read only access to this. I would like to incorporate Google API's so that locations can be easily tracked/ shown. Lastly I would like to incorporate an internal messaging system for advertisers and seekers can communicate. Eventually my vision is to create an android and an ios app where the internal messaging service can be used to send push notifications to a user. The sight might need JSON support. I need some recommendations whether to use html/css via Phone Gap or build native android and apple apps later on. I'd say the phone apps would be later down the track though but I'd like to plan for it in the early stages. What would my budget need to be for a website like this? Can the site be rolled out in phases or is it best to do it all in one hit? How long would a project like this take approximately?
