Hostel and Mess Management system, Admin Access 1. Register & Manage an inmate 2. Create& Manage Rooms and Beds 3. Assign & Manage Inmate to Rooms and Beds 4. Create Mess Calendar ( x no times in a day. x may be 3 or 4) 5. Create & Manage Mess Menu 6. Assign Mess Menu to the Mess Calendar 7. Set price of the menu item 8. Managing inmates Mess Calendar 9. Create & Manage Employee Acceess ( Employee Roles:- Super Admin, Admin Manager, Kitchen Manager) 10. Add Common expense, which should be divided to ( all inmates or specific inmates) billing (fully or partially) 11. Adding fines to inmates 12. Adding & Managing Purchases 13. Adding & Managing Expenses 14. Reporting features ( Daily, Monthly, Yearly || Inmate wise, Group wise || Purchases || Expenses|| etc....) 15. Complete Accounting System Inmate Access: 1. Login with ID and PIN using kiosk/web 2. Marking the food requirement in the calendar ( There should be "locking" feature for todays and past dates) 3. Cancel marking only the unlocked markings 4. Account Tab: To see the pending bill amount updated by admin 5. Profile Tab: To update the profile Kitchen Access: 1. Login to kiosk/web using ID and PIN 2. Check the total count of food marking for each time of the day including the future days. 3. Lock the marking of inmates of the particular time(s) of the day.
