Background: I'm a mortgage broker- and I need to automate the Fannie Mae application, from an HTML/JS/PHP Form. Project: I have created an HTML form, it's already validated with Javascript. I will capture 6-20 data points. And send this data to php. Next, I'll need to take the data, and create RPA request. No DESIGN WILL BE NEEDED, SO FACTOR THIS IN YOUR QUOTE. Requirement 1: On the front TO BACK END end-, I need to set up a database to capture the data on the 6-20 fields. Requirement 2: Once the user applies for an account, he/she will submits the 6-20 data points- next he/she will be forwarded to the customer dashboard- where the customer will be able to log in/ log off to the dashboard and chat internally via a Javascript app within the dashboard. About the dashboard I'll need a login page for users, and a user dashboard to drop off/scan documents into their own file, and an admin page for me to update their status from 0% to 100%. I'm okay using FB or Gmail email, etc to apply to collect more data quick. Requirement3: Admin: The admin will have access to create templates for specific customers, and select specific templates or add requirements needed per customer, or documents needed for that type of customer, on the customer side, whatever the admin selects the documents will be requested by an auto generated email, with four major requirements for all clients, i.e, a copy of ID, etc. There needs to be a progress bar of documents uploaded based on the template that we saw. Requirement 4: I'll need an automated email to be sent to the admin users, with remaining items needed based on the checklist. Requirement 5: For the next part, I'll need RPA experts to submit bids for this part or create solution that takes the data from html to calyx. Requirement 6: We will drop off documents in a specific folder, and customers will have access to gather documents, download there. About the project: One person can do it, or it can be broken off and worked as a team so the project is completed. From my understanding- I'll need a UI RPA veteran or advanced user to take the data from the server or locally, and scrape the data from the csv file to calyx point). The project doesn't require a whole lot of skill, but it's too much for me to handle by myself and frankly, I'd like it done in less than 2 weeks. The data points collected should be less than 6-20, the rest will be added on to the application. The goal would be to create a .fnm file (Fannie Mae 3.2/3.3 format file) after the customer has applied to it on the HTML form. I can do this That can be opened in Calyx Point software. Our exact need is to generate the .fnm file, given the loan application fields that will be input by a user on a web interface. Bidders must be familiar with the file format, and preferably have done this task of generating the .fnm file before. If prototypes or sample code is provided, it will be useful. Skills: HTML5, Javascript, Java, PHP, eMail Automation, [login to view URL], Admin/user dashboards, Software Architecture, CSV, RPA Automation, UI/RPA, Robotics Process Automation.
