Islamic Anfal WooCommerce Plugin

Hello, I want a plugin for woocommerce: 1- be able to Add a public credit (for the Orphans or for the poor as an example) 2- choose a % (example 5%) of any purchase to each public credit as we choose 3- choose to make the public credit for anyone to use or a specific group of users (like the Orphans for example) 4- choose to add a maximum limit purchase for each credit daily (example 50 SAR per day) 5- be able to see the public credit as a widget in anywhere on the site 6- let the users be able to add money to the public credit as they want 7- make all the public credit options be available on payment methods (if a public credit is for the specific group like the Orphans than it will be available only for them but if a public credit is for everyone then everyone including the Orphans can use it in the payment method all within the max limit of our choice that we mentioned in point 4). this is Idea and Concept is to help Muslims who want to Implement verse 41 from Surat Al Anfal so that we can give the 20% that God has Ordered us to give to each of the 5 groups he Ordered us to give and still have an option to increase the percentage or give a percentage to another group like Arabic teachers so that we help the people understand the actual words of God and not the people as God also said for us Muslims that our worst enemy is among us so I guess that would be a good thing to invest in so that people take precaution and understand the actual truth. it hasn't been a year since I dropped my old teachings and started a new page of knowledge from the Quran only so am sorry for you if you weren't interested but you shouldn't blame a lover for falling in love with God's Words, Hopefully this plugin might give a practical example and give this plugin for free so that they join in instead of convincing them to jump.
