This project requires a JavaScript / php developer who has experience of creating custom code for the Divi builder (we’re using v4.x) and Advanced Custom Fields.

The requirement is to modify what happens on the Divi blog view depending on the category of the post, specifically:

• All posts are displayed in the normal way

• For posts with the category ‘Articles’ - normal WordPress behaviour occurs and the user is taken to the actual post

• For posts with the category ‘In the News’ – the user is not taken to the post but instead a new tab is opened with a url specified as a custom field (ACF).

The result we want to achieve can be seen on [login to view URL] - this is a hard coded page and doesn't use posts.

NB we're using the Divi theme so the code should (ideally) sit in the custom code can module.
